What’s covered
Every Retechie machine comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering hardware failures in normal use: motherboard, processor, memory, storage, display (excluding cosmetic marks noted on the grade), keyboard, ports and charger.
Battery
Batteries are covered for 6 months against failure or health dropping below 60% of design capacity.
Extended warranty
Add 6, 12 or 18 extra months on the product page at checkout, for up to 24 months of total cover.
Not covered
- Physical, liquid or electrical-surge damage
- Cosmetic wear consistent with the purchased grade
- Software issues, viruses or data loss
- Repairs or modifications by anyone other than Retechie
Making a claim
Contact support with your order number. We diagnose remotely first; if a repair is needed we collect the machine for free, repair or replace it at our Gurugram workshop, and return it within 7–10 working days.
