Delivery charges
Standard insured delivery is free on every order across India. Express next-business-day delivery is available in metro cities for ₹499.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–3 working days
- Other cities: 3–5 working days
- Remote pincodes and the North-East: 5–8 working days
Orders placed before 2 pm IST (Mon–Sat) are bench-checked, packed and handed to the courier the same day.
Packaging & insurance
Every machine ships in a double-walled box with foam inserts and is fully insured in transit. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours — we’ll replace it at no cost.
Tracking
You’ll receive the courier tracking number by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order here.
Cash on delivery
COD is available on orders up to ₹50,000. Orders above ₹50,000 need a ₹2,000 advance, adjusted against the final amount.
