Before dispatch
You can cancel any order for free until it ships, from My orders or by contacting support. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
After dispatch
Once shipped, an order can’t be cancelled — but you can refuse delivery or use our 7-day return policy after it arrives.

Rarely, a machine may fail final inspection before dispatch. If that happens we’ll offer an equal or better unit at the same price, or a full refund — your choice.
